I would like to give a HUGE Shout Out and THANK YOU to EVERYONE who helped make this years Corinthian Lodge Picnic a great success!
Mother Nature tried to blow us out, but a quick early morning audible and everyone changed gears and started setting up for a fun day inside at Khedive Shrine!
Corinthian Lodge was also honored to have Veterans from the Hampton, Va. Veterans Assistance Center join us for lunch. We also presented, “The Grand Lodge of Virginia Community Builders Award” to Nate Hogan, Pastor of The Journey Church, for his service to God, and his dedication to improving the community in which we live.
We had some great guests and friends show up with some absolutely beautiful cars for our first Cruise-In Car Show, PaintingWithGoats.com came out with a petting pen with about a dozen baby goats, The snuggles, nibbles and play time that that our guests received left them with smiles and memories that will last them a life time!
Attached are some of the pictures that were taken, but as everyone was busy prepping, serving and cleaning up, I don’t think we even thought about pictures until almost the end. Hopefully some one else has some to share.
There was a lot of hard work leading up to this event, and so many people chipped in in so many different ways, that I know if I started naming names and duties that individuals took on, this list would go on for miles and I would surely leave someone out.
So Again THANK YOU to everyone!!!
